Pushing Up Daisies returned May 9, 2026, celebrating the gardens, growers, and grassroots spirit that make East Atlanta special. This community event brings neighbors together to explore local gardens, enjoy live music, visit local vendors, and experience one of the neighborhood’s most unique historic spaces.

Your ticket included access to the garden tour beginning at 11:00 AM. A full map will be shared on the day of the event. Garden tours will run continuously from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Follow along for updates on PUD 2027!

Festivities began at 2:00 PM at Historic Sylvester Cemetery, featuring beer from Sceptre Brewing Arts, mixed drinks, outstanding local food vendors,  chalk art, local artists, and more.

Live music started at 3:00 PM with performances by Big Sinclair, The Frogs of Calabash, and KJ and The FunkMaysons.

The festival wrapped around 6:00 PM, followed by an afterparty at Argosy.

At the heart of the event is Historic Sylvester Cemetery, a 13 acre landscape that holds more than 1,400 lives and nearly two centuries of East Atlanta history. Presented through a partnership led by EACA with the Historic Sylvester Cemetery Foundation, Pushing Up Daisies helps raise awareness and support for the ongoing work needed to preserve and protect this important community space.
