NPU-W unanimously passed two resolutions concerning the proposal to exchange about 50 acres of Entrenchment Creek Greenspace for privately owned, partially cleared land. These resolutions outline the community's concerns and contain links to the deeds and documents cited. EACA members are encouraged to make their opinions about this proposal known to our DeKalb County Commissioners.
EACA's Land Use and Zoning Committee is hosting an information session about the Bouldercrest Triangle historic small business district - current status and proposed zoning changes. Please RSVP.
EACA's Transportation Committee will be meeting soon after a lengthy hiatus, and we need you! Are you concerned about pedestrian safety? More and better bike lanes? Do you have ideas about upcoming road projects in East Atlanta? Do you want those metal plates paved over? Together, we are more effective advocates. If you are interested in working towards solutions to East Atlanta's transportation issues, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
East Atlanta Business Association is hosting an information session about the Neighborhood Commercial Zoning (NC-2) that governs East Atlanta’s retail mix, development and paid parking to name a few. Everyone is welcome to attend this presentation and Q&A session, but please RSVP.

Join your neighbors at Marbut and McWilliams for the 1st Annual Block Party on Saturday June 15 from 4pm to 8pm. Yard games, water slide, low country boil, home brew and DJ!
