A Community Event hosted by District 5 Councilmember Natalyn Archibong and East Atlanta Community Association

Sunday, February 12th, 2pm

East Atlanta Village Farmers Market

Recently our nation has, too often, been confronted with hateful speech and hurtful acts. East Atlanta, a community that prides itself on being a supportive and welcoming neighborhood, has not been immune. However, those acts do not define our community.

Councilmember Archibong is partnering with the East Atlanta Community Association to host “East Atlanta Neighbors for Unity”, a positive gathering of neighbors and friends to show our collective support of one another, our community and the greater city of Atlanta.

To be clear, this event is not about “taking sides” in a political conversation, but instead about promoting tolerance, diversity, inclusiveness and respect for all regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, religious beliefs or economic status.

Join us and our special guests as we celebrate our wonderful community while enjoying warm beverages from Joe’s, a tasty s’more and good friends! We look forward to seeing you there.
