New Video! “Under the Harvest Moon” Fundraiser for Neighbor in Need
Who’s ready for something to kick start to your week with something positive and uplifting? If yes, then take 5 minutes to watch this video. It was taken a few months ago at a beautiful historic home in EAV who’s owners Jenny and Marc graciously opened their doors to a local charity that supports low income seniors with emergency home repairs to host a fundraiser.
This video is not just aboutNeighbor in Need or the wonderful Zuber-Jarrell House, but it also about the East Atlanta Community. I am filled with so many words and emotions at the moment after watching this! THANK YOU to everyone who was part of the making of this and our wonderful EAV Community in District 5 I am proud to call home.
Finally, thank you Council Member Archibong for all that you do for our community and bringing John Wheatley from Channel 26 to capture the true essence of EAV.

Thanks for coming out to this year’s East Atlanta Strut, folks! If you loved the Strut, now's your chance to make it even better. We'll start planning next year's festival with a debrief meeting two weeks from today. We already know we need a person or group to run the kids area, someone to specialize in finding corporate sponsors, someone to join the volunteer recruiting team and someone to join the hospitality team. That last team is the group who do their best to make sure our business and residential neighbors enjoy the Strut with minimal hassle. Contact email@example.com if you'd like to know more.
